Gratitude in The New Economy

This past weekend I was at a training session where we learned a new terminology. Instead of fussing and getting depressed about what is going on the economy we can adapt to our circumstance. We learned that we are in the "new economy" and we should act accordingly.

Despite what is happening we can change our mindset to be one of positivity and motivation to get through this. That can be accomplished by developing and staying in a state of gratitude. Being thankful for very situation, good and bad. In every situation is an opportunity. It is our job to take hold of the opporunity and make use of it.

So, I encourage you to be grateful, say thank you for your bills, your job, your home and anything that is in your environment or that you want in your life.
